Exercises in water for a perfect body!

For these exercises you will need a beach ball. As the ball is larger, with both exercises will be more difficult.
Exercise 1

Stay psicina standing with water up to her neck.
Lift one leg, so they are parallel to bottom of the pool.
Keep legs as straight, while pushing the water with both arms.
Foot switch that you support, every five seconds, without having to stop moving your hands.
Remember to keep your legs straight throughout the exercise.
Exercise performed for a duration of 30 seconds.
Exercise 2

Beach ball for you in my arms while floating on your back with legs straight and glued.
Go back to the left, making a full twist, until it reaches the surface again with the girl.
Use your whole body to breathe and water you turn when you get to the starting position.
Continue the exercise for 30 seconds, alternating the direction of twist.
Exercise 3

Stay in the water face down and keep the beach ball in hand, to the surface, arms perfectly straight, before.
Keep your arms perfectly straight, while the fast ball as you pull up to the thighs.
When the ball is copaselor, bend your arms and lift her to the surface in the starting position.
Then repeat the movement, keeping arms and legs straight.

Exercise 4

Stay in the shallow pool.
Lowers the water basin, rising to the surface legs simultaneously, so tops will be visible only to the surface.

Your body should form a "V" wide at the thighs, and only the head and toes to be visible on the surface.

Keep yourself in this position, pushing water with your hands in circular motions.
Keep the position for 30 seconds.
If your toes are gone from the surface, widened angle "V's" and tighten abs.
Exercise 5

Stand facing the poolside and you end up with hands or handrail.
Stretch your legs back, close to the surface.
You stick your feet, perfectly straight, and hit the water with power (like a dolphin), so you do waves at the surface.
The movements you do should involve the whole body, not just legs.
Perform exercise for 30 seconds and you can not resist this, separate legs and move them all up and down.
