Why is it good to sleep more


1.Sleep is essential for the functioning of the brain and entire body. Rest is a regulating body temperature and allows the nervous system to function at its highest.


2. Lack of rest will make you want to be easily irritated, impatient and distracted. It will be hard to focus if you're well rested and they might miss and you like humor. This will be a not very pleasant company to friends, family and coworkers.
