A perfect day with healthy activities
Beach, tennis, Healthy Food, fun with friends in the woods, hunting, camping and other activities you can do in your spare time. Unfortunately I see that more people have other activities ... unhealthy. Spend more time on the computer, watching sports, and other sedentary activities. To think that healthy people who are today 80 years were more active, had a healthy life
