Bad habits that we practice more and more

Smoking, I think everyone knows that smoking seriously harms health, but few people quit the habit.
Sedentary lifestyle, more people have jobs that do not involve movement.
Unhealthy foods, not eating fruit and vegetables
lead to weakening the body over time

Cigarette is surely something that is very harmful for any individual. I believe instead he/she should try smokeless cigarette to enhance the quality of life and stay healthy forever. This way they can slowly decrease the habit and quit smoking FOREVER!
