Sleep can not be ignored if you want a healthy life
There are many people who forget to sleep. Some spend their nights with friends or in clubs, others are working night and day sleep 2-3 hours. Such a program will exhaust you at a time. The body needs rest and sleep at night does not compare to the 2-3 hours sleep on. And if not on top and rest and drink alcoholic beverages or smoke, your health is clearly put at risk.
