For a healthy life at least one sports practice
We have a life of increasingly sedentary, spend more time in office, some at school, others in other professions that do not involve movement. It is normal after a tense period to try to make a sport (swimming, tennis, fitness, jogging, or other sports that involve motion). Definitely a sport will make you feel more fresh, more in shape. Many do not realize at once that the body does not like too much sedentary. Problems begin to appear later and unfortunately it is more difficult to remedy.
